Instant Challenge Skills Workshop

Event Information

• The workshop is open to Elementary, Middle, and Secondary Level teams but not Early Learning / Rising Stars.
• Teams will learn and practice a variety of instant challenge skills.
• All teams will attend a skills session on Performance and Staging Tips.
• Teams will break out into groups and rotate through five instant challenge rooms and one “How to Use Improv in an Instant Challenge” room hosted by TWHS Improv Troupe.
• The instant challenges for each session are the same. Teams should attend only one session!
• Each team must have at least one parent or team manager, but no more than two, with them the entire workshop since our space is limited for many of the challenges.
• Feel free to bring a small snack and drinks for your team. We will have a 5 minute break halfway through the workshop to debrief and refuel!

• January 17th @ The Woodlands College Park High School
  • Morning Session: Check-in 8:30 AM – 8:45 AM – Workshop 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon Session: Check-in 12:30 PM – 12:45 PM – Workshop 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Registration

The cost to register is $50.00 per team. Registration is first-come, first-served, and is limited to 24 teams per session.
Please be aware that refunds will only be available if a waitlisted team is available to take your spot!

Registration opens on October 16th @ 6:00 PM
Registration for the November session closes on November 12th @ 9:00 PM or when all spots are taken
Registration for the January session closes on January 14th @ 9:00 PM or when all spots are taken
